I'm not sure if the package I recieved was used or just not the best qaulity from wennalife... either way a company willing to make a customer happy is absolutely an A+ in my book I'm looking to try another color in the fututre and maybe gift my mother some for mothers day in another color and see if I just maybe recieved a bad batch... I opted to try another set and the quality seemed better and the feel was soft the color was nice... the only thing I'd say is the clips are a tad bit hefty but if you have thinner hair you'll get away with using 1 set of 150grams definitely no less.... if you have thicker hair you need 2 sets. My biggest complaint was receiving these through Amazon. Wennalife Apologized for my bad experience and explained the process apparently Amazon was the one who added all the extra stress. Honestly I'd try these again. Probably when they're on sale... I wouldn't spend 150 bucks on these though. If they're on sale it's definitely worth it but not 150 bucks worth it. Maybe 110 worth it. I used to have black hair and went blonde and couldn't wait to recieve these and not have to spend 400 bucks on decent hair extensions. I figured since I have medium thickness hair the 150 grams would be good enough as I never used the full amount of my boogati's... I was sadly mistaken... the clips and string weight more than the hair itself. I'd rather pay the extra money and get better quality extension. I was supposed to recieve these on the 9th of march in time for my birthday event but that didn't happen. All of a sudden I get a notification from Amazon on the 10th stating that my package is running late... I didn't receive them when promised and had no updates until the 10th... I recieved a text update specifying I needed a code to receive the extension or they'd be undeliverable... I sent someone over to my house because I needed someone home in order to recieve these... not sure why if that was wennalife or Amazon either way horrible experience receiving these extensions... The extensions themselves are thin have many split ends, fly aways, lot's of shedding and a ton of dark brown/black hairs mixed in with the blonde I ordered. I can't recommend these as I've tried other Amazon extensions with better quality and would recommend those brands over the wennalife extensions. Goo Goo and Sunny to name a couple. I won't order these again sadly. I really wanted to like these but as many others have stated the quality just isn't there. You can't return these after opening the main box so I'm stuck with extensions I wont be using until I buy more to hopefully fill the gaps in quality or I may end up selling or giving them away to a family member I haven't decided if I want to eat the price for these yet. I'm adding photos of my black buggati extensions I've had for 5 years to compare thickness and quality. The buggati's are 340 grams 22 inches long. You can see the difference in thickness for each 2 clip wefts. I wasnt expecting perfection just a little more than what I got. When I get these wet I'm sure they're going to be very delicate as they look over processed. You get what you pay for I guess. I just wanted to leave an honest review hope this helped. I got the blonde with highlights. I hadn't seen any other reviews of the same color incase you want to see what the color looks like on camera. It's just a bit darker than expected and the highlights aren't super light. She thought I had dyed it to match my hair. She was also impressed with the way it felt. She was surprised when I told her I got it off of Amazon. I do recommend getting it cut and blended at a stylist. It looks so natural. All my coworkers said that it looks like my natural hair just grew. I’ve been wearing this hair for a couple of weeks now and I’m impressed with how well it is still holding up. It doesn’t get tangled or frizzy like other clip in extensions I’ve tried. I will say I haven’t tried washing it yet but it’s holding up quite nicely.
