Excellent cream, have used dozens of different products to help with eczema and calluses over the years, and this has been one of the most nourishing and softening I've used so far. Personally find the texture to be just right. I've got smooth hands and feet for the first time in years. Best used before bed so it has time to soak in and work it's magic overnight, paired with a cream that restores your natural skin barrier during the day.

I was skeptical so I’m pleasantly surprised that it actually works. I have only used it twice and there has been so much improvement to my dry, cracked heel. Definitely need a few more applications but the product is 100% worth it. It feels like a normal moisturiser, not too thick or runny.

really softens and smooths the feet and can definately see a difference. the smooth is not as long lasting but definately makes a difference when applied

I love this cream! This is my 2nd purchase in a few months. I rasp my heels and file my feet then slather on this cream. I then wrap my feet in clingfilm and put socks on for an hour or so. It has done wonders for my elephant feet! It reduces the build up of callus, so much so I no longer have fabric bobbles on my bedsheet. It has a fairly neutral scent. It hydrates my skin well, a thick and viscous cream, and the tub lasts me a few months. I'm sure a 3rd will be ordered in due course. I will not submit a picture as I don't think you wanna see my trotters.

Nice and thick but doesn’t soften feet any better than my usual body lotion for dry skin. A bit disappointing.

The Urea Cream 40% with 2% Salicylic Acid is a lifesaver, especially in winter! It provides deep nourishment, leaving my skin soft, hydrated, and smooth, even on rough, calloused areas. The added hyaluronic acid, tea tree, and aloe vera make it even more soothing. The only downside is that it’s very difficult to blend into the skin—it takes some effort to absorb fully. However, since it works so well at moisturizing and softening, I’m still using it regularly. on second bottle now. Overall, if you need intense hydration and callus care, this is a great choice despite the thick texture. Would recommend!

Great cream and works good, I've had cracked heels on and off from the dry heat here in dubai and from swimming in the pool. So from time.to time putting this cream after using the foot file and wearing the socks provided really add back the moisture and helps tremendously healing the cracks. Definitely worth the money and would recommend this product

Excellent product! Worked better than I could have imagined. Rich texture but not greasy. I am amazed at the difference in such a short time. Definitely improved my very dry and cracked feet.
