I am very dissatisfied with this iron box. From the beginning, it appeared to have a manufacturing defect and did not perform as expected. I carefully followed all the instructions and guidelines provided in the user manual, including filling the water tank correctly and setting the recommended temperature. However, the steam function failed to work properly. Even when pressing the steam button multiple times and waiting for sufficient heating time, no steam was produced. This made ironing difficult and ineffective, especially for removing stubborn wrinkles. The product does not deliver the functionality that is advertised. Considering that I used it exactly as instructed, I believe this unit has a manufacturing issue. I would not recommend this product based on my experience and would suggest better quality checks before selling such items. Overall, it has been a disappointing purchase and not suitable for efficient ironing.

This is working so good it's been an year since I've been using it and it working in good condition without any issues so I like this product

Quality is good, wires length is of 1.5meters,light weight,modes to heat and auto cut feature, only issue is if used as steam then while pouring water and using it full few droplets stay inside which can hamper its life so I use it dry and recommend the same.
