Excellent Product and Service! Very happy with my new Elica gas stove - the design looks premium and works perfectly. Installation was smooth, and the technician, Mr. Arun Kalche, provided clear guidance and support during setup. Highly satisfied with the overall experience and performance.

Disappointed
We purchased this stove one month ago, and the experience has been disappointing. The auto ignition does not work properly and we will have to use match stick or lighter. Also, the flame on sim mode is not consistent, which makes cooking difficult. Expected much better quality and performance from this product.

Customer service is good but burners color changed after 1 month usage!

Look is amazing
Elica customer care called me and told if you install gas product will not be under warranty and it is mandatory for me to get Elica person to install to Cover my warranty and they are charging 250 for the same. I dont understand why such a clause with Amazon, it is not rocket science to install the gas stove and why Amazon is not taking care of this. I currently not sure about my Elica gas is under warranty or not if this is not resolved i will be returning my product in a day or two. I have escalated to Elica customer care, they immediately fixed my warranty. Elica 4 burner one looks amazing but functionality and reliability we will come to know after using at least six month.
