Are they soft or are they hard?

They are firm, but soft feeling. They hold the shape in a furbaby mouth very well. My 8.5lb, 10 yo princess loves them!

Where can I buy the same balls but bigger? (Double size maybe)

I found some wool dryer balls, about the size of baseballs and my cat really thought they were toys. Google pure wool dryer balls.

Is this too small for a 15 pound dog? I want it for my cat’s, but my dog destroys cat toys like it is his job. I worry he could choke on it.

I would not recommend this toy if your dog chews cat toys. Depending upon the size of the dog’s open jaw it could get lodged in his throat.
