Review: Great Kitchen TV. Really Great Picture - I bought this to replace a 20 year old Sharp that had a 4:3 ratio screen. What a difference! I really like the picture quality and the 16:9 ratio looks great even from extreme angles. Worked great right out of the box. I hooked it up to my Dish Satellite TV box using the HDMI input and have it mounted on a swiveling under cabinet mount in the Kitchen. One minor complaint is that there is no code to sync my Dish remote control. (This only affects power on/off and volume up/down), so I just use the power and volume buttons on the monitor and leave the monitor remote in a drawer. Under cabinet TV / Monitors in this size range are few and far between. Super value for the price!

I bought this to replace a 20 year old Sharp that had a 4:3 ratio screen. What a difference! I really like the picture quality and the 16:9 ratio looks great even from extreme angles. I paired this with an Amazon FireStick to use it as a kitchen TV. I mounted it on the wall under the counters. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solution to HDMI issues

I like this little monitor a lot. If you have a need for a small monitor that can tackle a variety of tasks, with multiple input modes, this monitor might be for you. The manual however leaves a lot to be desired. I was using the monitor in the Audio Visual mode, where it worked as advertised. I went to use it in HDMI mode and found that I could not get it to work with my laptop. (Spoiler: I did get it to work). Yes I changed the input mode to HDMI, and it still didn't work. Here is what did. 1) without any cables connected to the monitor switch it to HDMI mode. 2) Turn the Monitor off 3) Turn the monitor on. 4) connect the HDMI cable to the monitor. 5) now connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the source. This has worked for me every time. Perhaps you don't have to turn the monitor off and then on, but that seems to work flawlessly. Customer service was responsive, but thought the cable might be the problem.
