Very light weight which makes it easy to handle even for over 65s. Compact. Levelling feet. All round very good value. Much better than a chest freezer that you have to empty everything out to find what you want at the bottom. Suitable if you are a couple or on your own. Not suitable for families. Noise level is an acceptable as long as it is in the kitchen and not the living room. Very efficient. Temperature is perfect. Delivery was excellent.

We’ve just moved house and needed a small freezer quickly. The price was right and delivery was quick. It’s a lovey little freezer with 3 compartments, I like the fact that the top 2 shelves had flip down doors and the bottom drawer was well designed. Overall it’s working efficiently and definitely suits our needs. Gave 4 stars because there’s no temperature control dial as stated in the instructions ( must be for bigger appliances)

Packaging was good no issues or damage. A few issues mainly the design. The second draw/level. The rods are exposed as you can see in the picture. Also the freezer rod bend over in the right corner. Meaning you get less space and if you fill it up then the items are going to be on top of the exposed rods crushing it and potentially damaging it over time especially with heavy bags. This has no draws just a cheap flaps(except the small bottom draw where the temperature adjuster is located) which feels like its going to break. So youput everything on the bare mental. Which i care as i think draws give you less space. Energy efficiency is not the best(rated E)but what do you expect for a cheap freezer especially made in china. You get a minor noise from it but nothing major. Freezer is surprisingly very light. I picked it up with ease and the delivery guy held it over his hrad with one arm. Hence the dent reviews. Make no mistake, this is light and easily damaged material so take care of it. So light you can put on top of other units but i wouldn't recommend. Freezer is perfect for a small property or single person or couple. Easy to use Adjustment legs at the front and temperature adjustor dial behind the bottom draw. I kept mine at the recommend temperature which says normal and its fine. No over frost/ice. I did take the 3 years insurance policy with it just to make sure. As given what i mention above, i don't thing last long term with some issues.
