This has a very fine texture and mixes smooth, absolutely perfect. I used it to thicken a replacement ricotta for cannoli filling - excellent!

Used it couple of times for baking. Great taste and great results.

This costs more money than the one in the grocery store, but the cleanliness/organic quality is much better. Better to pay a bit more for the quality and organic value than to put something in your body that may not be as clean. It is pay more on quality foods now (pun intended) or pay more on medicine later. Food as medicine.NOW is a trusted company.

Product works well. I add it to homemade yogurt. It helps thicken it. A bit pricey but a very good product.

It’s great to have in the pantry if you run out of milk for the kids. But...if you’re looking to use it in coffee look elsewhere. I made some coffee and added a teaspoon into the hot coffee, it didn’t blend well. At all. Turned clumpy and stayed that way. Tried it in cold coffee too, same thing happened. However, it made delicious milk in the vitamix.

This organic dry nonfat milk powder is excellent. I remember powdered milk from my childhood, and it was just awful but this tastes really good. There aren’t any additives at all- it’s just dried organic nonfat milk- and it blends so easily. A blender is recommended, but I just add it to a screw top water bottle or shaker cup, add cold water and shake it vigorously. It dissolves perfectly and has no clumps. I keep this powder on hand for when I run out of milk and also bring it to work to use in my coffee (reconstituted with water first). Never thought I’d be saying this about dried milk, but it’s a great product. 5 stars.
