5 stars is a rare rating for me, but this product deserves it. I wanted an organic vanilla chai mix but they were ridiculously expensive, so I decided to make my own. This mix turned out even better than I had hoped! I have to give credit to the freshly ground organic spices that went into the mix, but the quality powdered milk makes all the difference in the taste and texture. I love being able to find healthy organic foods and spices on Amazon and send both love and appreciation to of the people that produce them. Thank you!

Surprisingly tasty. Mixes easily and we like it for making espresso milk drinks: froths up into a silky foam.

This has an excellent flavor, not just for baking, but for drinking, as well. I will keep it on hand in the fridge; a great substitute for regular milk. It's as good a flavor as bottled fat free milk.

Product works well. I add it to homemade yogurt. It helps thicken it. A bit pricey but a very good product.

I bought these to make pancake mix (for later use) pancakes turned out very yummy!

Bloody expensive but this is about as cheap as I dare go. I use it in bread baking. Can't tell much of anything else - behaves as I'd expect.

Used it couple of times for baking. Great taste and great results.
