For the price this is a pretty good garden tool. Sturdy enough to get through most soil types. I use it to stir compost, to mix garden soil with various fertilisers, and to loosen hardened ground near trees and in the garden. I don't think it would last long with very hard, or compounded clay like soil but it has handled the compacted soil areas in our Canberra location quite well. Happy with this purchase.

This hand tiller is sturdy and works very well for loosening compacted soil in my garden beds and raised beds. The long handle and foot plate make it easier to apply force without having to bend over as much, which is much easier on my back. The sharp tines penetrate the soil well, and the twisting action helps break up hard ground, mix in fertilizer, and improve aeration. It feels solid and durable, and assembly was quick and simple. Overall, this is a very useful manual garden tool for flower beds, vegetable gardens, and raised beds. It makes small gardening jobs much easier without needing a powered cultivator.
