So I have to admit that I was worried about the weight and didn’t end up actually taking mine, but my best friend did bring hers and I did use them while we were in Europe. It definitely felt good to have the coolness on my feet and bring down some of the swelling. Highly recommend if you have enough room in your suitcase.

I have not found any medicine that effectively relieves the heat and pain of peripheral neuropathy in the soles of my feet. But ice works, at least temporarily. However, it is a hassle to get out a tub, fill it with ice, add water and then soak my feet. These cooling socks are perfect for me. They fit well and are extremely comfortable. I remove the gel packs for the heel and top of foot because I don't need them, just using the gel pack for the soles of the feet. I wear my own socks when I put these cooling socks on to keep them clean and to lessen a bit the strong cold. They help the pain a lot, so are perfect for me. Don't walk around while wearing them if you want the longest life from them.

I bought these to use during chemotherapy. The chemo I was on can cause neuropathy (numbness and tingling in the hands and feet). I stuck these in the freezer overnight before treatment and they lasted the whole hour of treatment. Not the most comfortable feeling but it was very worth it in the end as I had no neuropathy. I would highly recommend for cancer treatment.

If you've got hot, swollen preggo feet like me, then these are meh. The instructions say to wear socks before wearing the ice socks so I put on my compression socks. With how hot my feet are from being swollen and how thin the gel packs are, the ice socks last about 5 minutes. It feels good initially but I still follow up the ice treatment with a good cool foot soak

I’m pregnant and my swollen ankle were in need of these! I love them! Definitely wear a pair of socks underneath, as suggested. I find it’s easier to insert the cold packs into the socks and then try to pull them on ( much easier with help). It takes longer to put the socks on first and then add inserts.

For my mother-in-law who's 96. They work fine, if a little time consuming to get ready to use. Quality seems fine.

They cool the feet of and help relieve the pain in my feet. Really helps with getting to sleep.

Very comfortable, snug fit. Calmed my extremely painful and swollen feet and ankles quickly. Fit great in the freezer in there own bag which is supplied. Highly recommended this product if you are suffering with painful feet.
