I haven't used a LOT of tanners, but I"ve used enough to know when they are lousy: streaky, bad color... funny smell. But this tanner is GREAT. Really! I have to admit that I finally got smart and sprang for the mitt which is inexpensive BUT so much nicer than having messy hands. So.... this goes on like a dream and it actually looks like a real tan! Smells great too. With the mitt you just squeeze a small amount on it and then spread it way out. That way, there are no streaks or edges, or darker spots. Can I say it again? This looks like a real tan and I've only applied it twice in a week! Easy-peasy.... you'll love this tanner and the mitt!

Great product! Seriously makes all the difference when trying to get an even tan - it makes the tan look so smooth! The only downside would be that the mitt itself does seem to hold a certain amount of the product that isn’t actually being applied to your skin so using more product can be a bummer, but to me I would rather have a more natural-looking tan anyways so I actually like that it doesn’t use all of the tanning product directly to my skin. I would highly recommend buying this mitt even if you use different tanning products for mousse’s and lotions!

Has worked great for me - I was gentle with it when washing and washed immediately after each use , outlasted the tube of self tanner, not rough on skin - just wish it wasn’t so big - wish it fit my hand a little better but again worked great I just had to adjust to it

I’d never used self tanner before, and all of my friends warned me about the streaking so I was pretty skeptical when I got this product. I was super surprised how great the result turned out. No streaking at all and really even coverage. Super easy to use - my boyfriend helped me get my back and it was perfect and with streaks in sight!

This is absolute trash--literally just a piece of flimsy foam with mesh glued on top. It probably cost them $0.05 apiece. The stock photo makes it look nice but really it's more like a disposable mitt. You have to wash it by hand, and even if you do (I did), the mesh and foam are not waterproof. Hand washing will not clean it thoroughly but obviously it's not machine-washable. So you're stuck with a half-dirty, stained mitt. Plus, mine tore after one use! If they advertised these as disposable and priced them at $1 each then I'd give 5 stars since it does the job. But, as you can see in my photos, the quality is definitely not worth $8. You can tell straight out of the package that it's cheaply made. There are high quality reusable, machine-washable, velvet-soft tanning mitts sold on here for $7 or less. Just save your money and do not buy this!

It is a cheap mit, don’t get me wrong but it does its job. People in the reviews were talking about it falling apart or splitting, but that didn’t happen with me. You can’t be so rough with it, just handle it with care and it won’t break. Used multiple times with tanning products and never had a problem with it leaking through the mit and none of the tanning product got on my hands. Overall 10/10 for the price

I purchased the face, body, and glove. the face tanner works great. The body tanner I used the glove to put on but, felt like I wasn't putting enough on and the color wasn't all that much different after a couple of uses, I was too afraid to put alot on didn't want it on my clothes staining or looking like a pumpkin if I used too much. All in all it was an ok product but, I was completely dry and if you sweat even a little it will stain and you will need to scrub the article of clothing to get it out as soon as you can.

The first time I used the tanceuticals self tanner I used this mitt before bed and thought it was so easy to use, soft and liked that it was thin. However, the next morning I unfortunately I was disappointed by the very minimal tan I received. I decided to try again two days later as I have an event to go to at the end of the week. BIG MISTAKE. The mitt became so saturated with self tanner and because I guess it was so thin the lotion went right through it from both uses. I could feel the lotion on my fingers right through the mitt the whole time I lotioned my body and was afraid of my hands having that much lotion so I washed my hands and went to bed. When I woke up the next day, once again with very minimal tan... EXCEPT for my hands!! My fingertips were dark orange!! Exactly what I was afraid of and why I made sure to only use the mitt. I have never used another self tanner mitt so I cannot say if this is normal or not but I am forever afraid to use it again.
