How do you know how many macrons u need?

Hi, The micron level is a measure of the size of the cutting particles, so the higher the more aggressive the cut. Typically, if your fingernail gets caught on the scratch, you will need to start with the highest micron level mix, then follow up with one of their polishing liquid products. For how long can I store the product when it is already prepared?

If you have already mixed a larger batch and left it sitting on the shelf, it is possible that the cerium oxide will separate from the water over time. In such cases, you will need to remix the product and add more cerium to the mixture. Please note that non-mixed cerium oxide does not have a specific shelf life.

We have etched crystal gorham bowls, your video shows use on a flat surface. How do I do it on an etched syrface?

If you see the etching has high and low spots I would try using a piece of denim material and the cerium oxide to polish the un etched surfaces, good luck. The cerium oxide should do the polishing job fine.
