First off, this thing looks fancy. It’s sleek, shiny, and stylish enough to make my humble kitchen towel rolls feel like they’ve finally made it to the big leagues. Now, the catch: my roll of kitchen paper is apparently the heavyweight champion of the paper towel world, and this holder is more of a runway model like tall, and slim. So yes, it does wiggle a little when I pull a sheet which is slightly annoying. I think it would also benefit from a side/tension arm to keep the roll in place. But honestly, I can’t stay mad at it. It’s stainless steel, free-standing, and looks like it belongs in a kitchen catalog. Decent price and easy to assemble, can't really go wrong so its a win from me.

Having assembled the holder it certainly feels very solid. Stainless steel material and good solid screw holding the rod to the base firmly. Well packed and presented and rapidly delivered. Thank you once again. Michael.

Acceptable quality for the price, however the packaging it comes in is dreadful. Three different plastic compartments welded onto cardboard backing - your worst nightmare. No choice but to attack it with sharp objects like knives and scissors, with the obvious risk of damaging something quite easily. Clearly cheap option, but the same could have been achieved simply with some carefully designed cardboard.

Simple, solid, and does exactly what it should. The stainless steel looks clean and modern on the kitchen counter. It’s heavy enough not to slide or tip over when you tear off a sheet, even with larger rolls. No assembly needed, no frills — just a functional and well-priced paper towel holder.
