Quality product but disrupted my normal sleep pattern
This might be a good product for some people, but it didn't work well for me personally. Instead of improving my sleep, it actually made my sleeping pattern feel not normal. I suspect it might be the melatonin content that didn't agree with my system - everyone reacts differently to melatonin supplements. The product itself seems well-made and the packaging was fine, but the effects weren't what I was hoping for. Rather than feeling more rested, I felt like my natural sleep rhythm was thrown off. If you're sensitive to melatonin or sleep aids in general, you might want to start with a smaller dose or consult with a healthcare provider first. It could work great for others, but it just wasn't the right fit for my body chemistry.
