Sulwhasoo is my absolute favorite Korean skincare brand. I've tried a lot of their products, but never tried the Gentle Cleansing Foam. A couple months ago, I ordered it to give it a try. This is a 1.7 ounce bottle with a pump. It is designed to gently and deeply cleanse while softening skin while nourishing and leaving it slightly dewey looking. It is formulated with nice ingredients like antioxidants and vitamin e. In running it through an ingredient analysis, it came back with the following: contains fragrance, but is free of alcohol, oils, silicones, sulfates, and parabens. Of all the Sulwhasoo products I've tried, this one has the lightest scent. I love how foamy this face cleanser gets. It is easy to use and I love using my booster pro cleanse attachment with it. This leaves my face feeling so soft and clean without feeling dehydrated and tight. My skin looks very nourished after using. On days that I wear makeup, I do a double cleanse using the cleansing oil in conjunction. I have had no adverse reactions to it and absolutely love the quality. While Sulwhasoo is a luxury skincare brand, this travel size bottle is a great value if you're wanting to try it without a larger investment. A little goes a long way and it's going to last me a long time!

Hi, average reviewer here I don’t know much about facial products and am trying to get myself informed on these things but I don’t have anything bad to say about this product, hence why I have it a 5/5 Lather and amount to use: First thing I wanna say is that even with a small amount, and I mean your pinky nail size, you get enough lather to go on your whole face. It’s pretty good lather in my opinion. Scent of solution: The smell is actually quite nice to me, it’s not overpowering and it’s also fragrant. Skins reaction: Just to clear things up before I go deeper into it, I go into my skin care routine right after work which is when my skin is very oily and I use this product after an oil cleanser has been used. Now when I use it, I rub it in between my hands till it lathers up nicely, then I apply it to my face and slowly massage all around. I’m not rough with it, I simply apply it and massage my face as if it was tofu and I don’t want to break tofu. I massage for a good 45 seconds all around before I rinse it off with warm water. Once I do that my skin feels very clean and ready for some toner and moisturizer action. I have used this product for about a year now and I’ve never had any sort of irritation or breakouts due to it. It’s very good for what it’s worth and I recommend it to those who are trying to take care of their skin and don’t know where to go. I’m sure there are better things out there cause I haven’t experienced with a lot but in terms of being a beginner and having my skin feel softer and cleaner after the usage, I think it’s a solid buy.

I buy this on repeat. I like the light, clean fragrance and it works well on my sensitive skin.

Luxurious feel, cleansing and non drying gel foam cleanser

Very gentle on skin, oil based with foam forming nice. Keep skin clean but doesnt dry up the skin after clening. The only downside is the design dispensing lock is a little annoying because if you turn to hard its end up open the bottle

Light and effective in makeup removal a plus

I’m 52 with post-menopause mature skin and I am very picky about cleansers because I double-cleanse every night. This Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Foam has become a staple in my routine — I’m already on my third bottle. Yes, it’s definitely on the pricier side, but a little goes a long way. One bottle easily lasts me about 3 months using it twice a day, which makes the price completely worth it. I use the Sulwhasoo cleansing oil first to melt off sunscreen and makeup, then go in with this gel-to-foam as my second cleanse. It leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed, but never tight, squeaky, or stripped — which is so important now that my skin can get drier and more sensitive after menopause. It rinses off beautifully, keeps my skin balanced and hydrated, and works perfectly with all the high-end serums and moisturizers I use afterward. Honestly, one of the best gentle cleansers I’ve tried — premium ingredients, luxurious texture, and great results. Highly recommend if you want a cleanser that actually feels like skincare and not just soap!

This is my new fav. facial cleanser. I am genx male with fair complexion and sensitive combination skin. In the past, I've had good success with clay based cleansers and brands known for "clean" ingredients but struggled to find something that was suitable for use everyday. This cleanser manages to thread the needle between gentle and effective. Scent is minimalist and very pleasant. It lathers up nicely and rinses away with ease leaving no discernible film. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed without stinging, drying it out or causing redness. I've been using it for about 3 weeks and have only used about half of the bottle. A little bit goes a long way. Now that it is part of my daily routine, I'm putting it on automatic replenishment.

Gentle cleansing is true, easy to use, and leaves my skin feeling fantastic. You only need a tiny amount so it will last a while. Fast service, well packaged, good price.
