Working perfectly as of now
Just received the MINI 12 UPS yesterday, and my first impression is really good! The build quality feels premium and sturdy, and the battery backup is absolutely up to the mark. It’s working smoothly and providing reliable power backup as expected. You also get an additional 60 days of warranty after registration, which is a great bonus and adds extra peace of mind. So far, I’m fully satisfied with the performance. Now let’s see how consistently it maintains this backup performance over the coming days. Overall, a very promising product at first use!

Title: Both the original and replacement unit failed
The original unit stopped providing power backup even after being charged properly. I returned it under warranty at my own expense, but the replacement unit has exactly the same problem. I followed the support team’s instructions and charged it for 6–8 hours with the side switch on. It still switches off as soon as the main power supply is disconnected. Despite repeated emails, they have not arranged another replacement, and I am still facing the same problem. The entire purpose of buying a RouterUPS was uninterrupted internet during power cuts, but both units failed to perform that basic function. Very disappointing product and warranty experience.
