Q: How are the sizes. Do they run small, big or normal?

I've found that the sizes run normal. I wear medium and have a pretty big collection, mostly medium with a few larges I bought because I wanted the design and they were out of mediums. The mediums fit me well for everyday wear and the larges are a little more comfortable for sleeping.

Q: What are the actual sizing for small and Medium? Trying to figure out for my 14 yr old grand?

They are standard waist sizes just like a Hanes or Fruit of the Loom small, med or large. I bought a small for my 14yr old grandson, 28-30in waist.
