Great product but came with a European plug which I didn't see mentioned anywhere on the Amazon page.

Ordered on Amazon UK. Received but unable to use them as it’s an international plug. Avoid. Attempted to start a returns but unable to because they only use UPS drop-off point and there is no location information. Nightmare. Amazon was very helpful and issued a full refund anyway.

The on button is so tiny it’s impossible to know if these are on or off. There is a heat gauge which is the only way you know if the straighteners are on or not but the dual for this barely moves and nothing happened when I did try to move it. The straighteners have only worked once and I cannot get these to switch on at all now and have tried various electric points in the house plus various adaptors …they have a two pronged plug which I was surprised about but luckily I have a number of holiday adaptors. Anyway the main thing is I cannot get these to work now and trying to send a message to Philips via their ‘customer service’ chat etc is impossible. Maybe they might contact me as I’m fed up trying now !

amazing hair straightener, Phillips is the only one I trust , at this price level. Straight hair, oil infused plates, so fast and easy to use , very customization heat options.

My item was not high quality and emitted a chemical smell. Also, the customer service was weird. I requested a return, and they first provided me with a label but cancelled the label BEFORE the return period ended. I should have been quicker with the return but I was convinced I had the time. Now, unfortunately, I am stuck with the faulty item.

Cela faisait des annees que j’échouais à faire des bouclettes avec mon lisseur, je decide finalement d’en changer et là, miracle ! Des belles bouclettes ! Ce que j’apprecie : - le bouton on/off est à maintenir enfoncé pour allumer/éteindre l’appareil, il est fait de manière à ce qu’on ne puisse pas cliquer dessus par mégarde durant l’utilisation. - la roulette permet de choisir facilement la temperature souhaitée et se trouve à l’interieur (encore une fois, par d’interraction inopinée avec ce systeme durant l’utilisation) - on peut toucher sans se bruler la partie plastique recouvrant les plaques (c’est chaud oui, mais on ne se blesse pas, toutefois je ne chauffe qu’à 180°c, cheveu fin oblige). - il chauffe vite - il laisse le cheveux doux et brillant - beau lissage/bouclage rapide - il est esthétique et léger - il possède son petit tapis thermoresistant avec scratch, qui permet de le poser dessus, et de le ranger. - 1m80 de cordon Le seul petit bémol concerne le ronronnement de l’appareil. Ca ne me dérange pas au point de supprimer une étoile mais j’ai trouvé ca vraiment surprenant.
