I was wondering why does it say not included tail?

I think the body is 17”, they don’t measure the tail. The tiger does have a tail.

I was wondering what the color of the eyes are? At first I thought they looked blue, but seeing the pictures made me think they’re green? Any help?

I would say they are a blue-green in color. They are a lil more blue than green on the tiger I received. Definitely a combination though. Hope this helps.

Where is this toy manufactured?

I googled saphed the white tiger and found the information on Viahart. It said it is manufactured in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia under their strict supervision.
