This is the greatest backpack of all time. The simple style. The amazing utility of all the pockets. I bought this same backpack over 10 years ago. I just bought the same one again, after the previous bag's zippers failed with daily rugged use. Definitely worth the money for a 10+ year backpack. Plus it is just so good looking.

Great bag. Has a small pocket at the top. Perfect for boarding pass, passport, and phone. Have everything you need at your fingertips.

Never thought I'd be excited over a backpack but this one has so any pockets and holders it does exactly what I need. Large inside compartment holds clothing and bulk items, back pocket holds laptop or iPad. Even the airport security feature (zipper splits the backpack down down the center so you don't have to take out your laptop) has 3 pockets. Mesh zipper pockets up front with the pencil and wallet pockets. Very top pocket can hold any little knick knack you want to reach quickly. I put my keys and airpods in there. Water bottle and sunglass case holder on the sides are an added bonus. Sturdy build and nice quality material. I really like the rectangular shape and it stays that way without warping even when heavier items are placed inside. Comfortable straps and easy to carry. Would highly recommend!

This bag is perfect for me. It's not too big and clunky but is able to fit my laptop, and all my gear as I travel between buildings and clients. The easy open top is great for checking your laptop at the airport and it fits comfortably over my shoulder. Price was also good. I think for the quality the price is a bargain. I would DEFINITELY buy this again.

Very good quality materials, especially zippers. This bag has a multitude of zippers and pockets including tablet storage and RFID pocket. The side pocket is tight for a water bottle - if yours has a diameter larger than a Dasani 0.5L bottle or a 12oz soda can, it will not fit. The back padding is comfortable and plenty of cushion to protect my Surface Pro. Straps are easy to adjust. The lower back pad slips easily over the raised handle of my carry-on and shoulder straps wrap around to make is secure when rolling through the terminal. I'll admit I've struggled to find small items that I've put in this bag with all its internal pockets.

Very nice quality of construction so far. Lots of varied pockets all over, just what you need. Seems sturdy. Seems like I can fill it with just about everything everywhere and it won't get overstuffed or bulky. Laptop is a 15 inch in a hefty sleeve and it fits great. I like the several large veritcal pockets for files, paperwork, just about anything. I bought this because I had another Kenneth Cole briefcase that was too small and this is absolutely perfect.

One of my better backpack purchases. Fits one change of clothes + midsized toiletry bag, with some room for a tablet/book. Won't fit under seat of airplane if it's slightly overstuffed though. All in all, perfect for an overnight trip somewhere. Not too big, or bulky at all.

Good product

The packaging made sure it was well protected without being excessive (original clear bag a new bag comes in, amazon opaque plastic bag around it, then finally all within a box). It's a stylish, slim looking bag, but is quite spacious. I really enjoy how study it feels and how structured the bag is. Original plastic and tags were all in place as well. It has sufficient padding for the shoulders and exterior/interior, so I'll be confident with it being comfortable and functional. Definitely a fast favourite. If I end up chewing this bag up I'll buy from this seller again.

The bag came with lots of loose stitching, returned - apparently the tag on the bag suggested an RRP of $240 - not sure who'd buy it for this kind of price - definitely not worth that amount of money.
