What a burst of nostalgia this Tamagotchi was in our house! It seems pretty faithful to the original, the screen is non-backlit and hard to see unless you get the angle just right, the resolution is low with large pixels. It feels solid. When you first pull the tab from the battery to turn it on we found the sounds were really shrill and unpleasant (just like the original). You can mute the sounds by pressing and holding the left button and pressing the right button whilst holding the left one and selecting off. The creature is very high maintenance for the first couple of hours of play time, hatching through infancy, and then the demands ease off so it's worth getting through it. So be clear, with my critical sounding comments in mind, this faithful Tamagotchi reissue is no masterpiece of user experience, but it's 100% pure gold nostalgia and very worthwhile for a play through.

A Xmas present for my youngest grandson haribo, looks amazing, perfect size, nostalgia amazing, battery life is amazing, plenty of fun for haribo. Functionality is perfect

I brought this for my niece, but she found that it required too much time. I did think about that before giving it to her, but pets do take up time.

Cute little tamagotchi, brings back memories from my childhood. Long battery life, good quality. I give 4 stars because I wish screen was more visible, otherwise fun little toy.

Got it for my sister as a stocking filler at Christmas. She absolutely loved it. It killed itself within a week, I don’t blame it.

This tamagotchi was just as I remembered from my childhood. Good packaging and a colourful rainbow case my daughter loved. Instructions not overly clear so I had to check online. It is simple to use but my daughter quickly lost interest. I spent most of her birthday trying to keep it alive for her. So yes, definitely nostalgic and a good quality item, but still annoying. Hasn't been used very often. Great purchase if you want to annoy another parent! Not recommended for your own household.

Il prodotto è il Tamagotchi originale, come quello che si utilizzava decenni fa. Il prodotto è bello e funzionante. Mia figlia però non ci hai mai giocato e lo reputava anche difficile. Quindi non adatto a bimbi sotto gli 8anni. PS: ricordo che il pulcino è veramente impegnativo :)
