6 hot cakes: 1 cup of the mix, 3/4 cup of milk, 1 egg and 1 tbsp melted butter. 12 hot cakes: 2 cups of the mix, 1.5 cups of milk, 2 eggs, and 2 tbsp of melt butter. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly before cooking.
