I really like this electrolyte drink. It has a refreshing taste and is easy to drink, especially when I want something more than plain water. This is something I wish I knew about years ago. I typically drink plenty of water and other beverages. However, when waking up feeling dehydrated and I added some to my water or GATORADE and I definitely felt noticeable relief within minutes. Flavor is very good. Would not recommend drinking it straight, flavor might be overwhelming.
