These are great bands for adding extra resistance to your workout. These are especially great for at home workouts if you can't make it to the gym. Pros: 1. Good grip - the inside of the bands are fully rubberized to create a good grip; if you wear workout legging made from a slippery substance, they may slip a little, but otherwise, they stay in place well 2. Variation of weight - the differences of weight make it easy to build up to heavy or use them for different parts of the body; the heavy band is quite stiff though so it can be difficult to use sometimes 3. Quality - these are well made and sown; they last a long time; even after some of the strands come undone, it still holds and works 4. Comfortable - these don't pinch like some bands may - they keep their shape and rest comfortably against your workout clothing Cons: Only after a year of constant use have the light and medium started to unravel some.

I use these bands as an alternative to weights in my workout. The quality and strength has been good. They have been a great addition to my home workouts.

They don't slip when doing booty exercises. These will last me a while - amazing quality!
