The original product is called otrivin, not otrivine? The name on this product is not spelled same as original. I have heard there are a lot of fakes.

On the package it states "Active Ingredient: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1%". That is the same as Otrivin which is no longer available in the U.S. for reasons that I do not know. Further, the effect of using Otrivin or Otrivine is identical as far as I can determine. The current Otrivine comes from GlaxoSmithKline in the U.K.

Please state the amount of medicine that's in the package.

The package says 10 ml per container. To me it seems adequate for the amount paid.

From where Otrivine is manufactured?

I get my otrivine from any chemist/pharmacy. On the box it says distributed by GlaxoSmithKline in CityWest, Dublin 24.
