Starting off with my only complaints: I wish the handle was slightly thicker and I wish I was not assigned a random color when placing the order. The handle is not a big deal and is just a matter of preference as I have bigger hands and for me, I do not care about what color I get, but I could see why someone would not appreciate that. In terms of quality however, everything is beautiful. The grip is easy to hold and has a soft gel squish to it. It glides through tangled hair without yanking on it and it compresses into itself when pressure is applied to avoid mauling your scalp. It feel like quality and feels like it will last a long time. Additionally, it works wonderfully for all hair types as well, it's a good buy.

I bought this to replace another Goody Gelous Grip hair brush that was over 10 years old. I loved the old one because the bristle/bristle pad was soft and did not hurt your scalp. This new brush is great, with the gelous grip and all, but the bristles are not quite as soft.

I ordered this brush for my husband, to replace a far-too-old different Goody brush whose bristles have seen better days. The image shows a black hairbrush, and the description refers to it as Red. I received a very bubblegum/baby pink brush. This is not the brush my husband wants to use, now. :(

The package looks old, the product is dusty and its back is all scratched. This either is not brand new or it sat for so long in a warehouse that it got deteriorated.

Good brush, ordered a black brush but received a Pink brush….
