Works really well
Used it as soon as I received it, and I was amazed to see how well it works. The pen comes well packaged in a smart box, and looks well made. I read the instructions and decided to start using it on two small moles I had on my arm. I made sure I had cotton wool buds and surgical spirits to cleanse the mole area and pen tip. A few minutes later after zapping the mole and wiping the skin with cotton wool soaked in surgical spirits, the moles had disappeared. I did have two small gouge marks , but feel confident they will scab and heal. No pain, just a tingling sensation when using the pen.I'll amend this review in 2 weeks once they've healed, but so far impressed.

Burns off raised moles
If I'd known this product existed, I would have bought one far sooner.I have raised, dark moles on my neck, back and chest that have caused me issues for years. They're all benign and I've had the largest of them removed at the GP in the past, which was painful and a bit traumatic as the anaesthetic wore off before the Dr removed them with a scalpel. They've been bothering me recently, getting caught on my jewellery and bra straps so I thought I'd give this a go. It's an absolute lifesaver! My moles are raised and dark, so I used the large tip on setting 9. I do have a high pain threshold so you probably want to start lower if you don't. The pain is on a very similar level to epilating, waxing, or having a tattoo. I tried to epilate my armpits once and that was worse! The pen effectively zaps the mole and cauterises it. So all you're doing is burning it away in tiny bits - obviously it's a little painful, but it's not as bad as having them removed with a scalpel. The skin will burn and crust over with little black burnt bits. There's also a smoky smell from the burning.I wiped them all afterwards with rubbing alcohol, which did remove some of the burnt residue. I've just treated them with Savlon and a plaster. The smallest ones you can barely see already, but the most raised will take a couple of weeks to heal over. I might need to go over one of them again because it still looks raised.I'll add photos once healed to provide a before and after!(NB: If you don't want to replace a mole/tag/blemish with a small scar, this isn't for you. I see reviews online where people have burnt themselves with it - but this is the entire point of the device.)Update: before and after!

Not sure about effectiveness.
The product does what it says ie produces heat to singe skin tags etc.. But the treatment doesn't appear to actually remove the skin tag.

Can't get it to work
It turns on fine and has battery. I'm able to select a setting but I can't make it work beyond that. I'm pressing and holding the button at the end and nothing is happening. Am I doing it wrong???
