I was hesitant to pay out this much when others were a bit less money. Glad I didn't. This thing is AMAZING!!! I'd been dealing with plantar fasciitis since the end of April. I got this and the healing has been noticable. My chiropractor told me that was a wise purchase and stick with it 3-4x a day and healing will be expedited. Did I mention that it's like a foot orgasm? Wow! No regrets!

I bought another cheaper brand which felt ok at first but then I realized it didn’t do anything for the balls of my feet or the toes. This one has rollers for the whole foot from heal all the way up to the toes. It’s a little louder and changing modes has a loud beep as opposed to the other brands soft beep. I have neuropathy in my feet, especially the toes and this helps a lot. The air pressure is a bit light on the medium setting and a bit hard on the high setting but at least my whole foot is massaged now. The cheaper one also had an actual vibration massage which this one doesn’t. This has a remote with is far more effective at turn it on than my back scratcher that I had to use for the other one.

Review Update - 9/23/25 Bob and Brad customer service emailed and called me right after I left the review. I didnt see the emails or listen to the voicemails for a long time (my fault). When I did finally respond, they sent a replacement unit immediately. We've been using it off and on for a few weeks now and are thoroughly enjoying it. I highly recommend it for the customer service alone. Hopefully this unit lasts a long time, but I'm not too worried. I know they've got my back. Original Review - 3/23/25 Everything is still functional except for the air inflator. Unfortunately, without the air bags, the unit is too roomy, so I can't get enough pressure on my soles. When the unit was working, I didn't get a lot from the toe area. In fact, I wasn't sure how far to shove the dogs into the den. Gnome saiyan? The roller placements weren't entirely intuitive to me. To get the most out of it, I would shift my feet backward and forward between air inflations. It was honestly fine that way. I can grasp how hard it would be to make the thing adjustable to different foot sizes and shapes. Still, the comfort level suffers due to the one size fits all nature. Additional comments: The noise level is not bad at all. You barely notice it. The ergonomics are ok, though I wish I could adjust the angle even more so I could get comfy on my couch. I had to scoot to the edge of the cushion to get in a good position.

EDIT of the first Review: I am changing my review to "WOULD BUY AGAIN". Although I had a problem with the heat not working on my first unit, BOB AND BRAD sent out a replacement unit quickly while I returned the first. I have kept and am using the second unit. I was looking for massage and heat for Size 13+ feet and now am satisfied enough to recommend the unit. The massage is working and the heat is there on my current unit. When I want the pressure setting, I keep it at 1. Remote works well too. Customer service did contact me via email after my initial review. I had no problem with that and am now doing an edit of that review. Past Review: I would not buy it again. Needed to send the first one back as it had absolutely no heat production in the foot area. Needed one that fits a size 14 foot. The replacement arrived quickly. It seems to be working but heat production is not what they advertise. The shiatsu massage is good, not great. Doesn't go far enough for the arch massage of a big foot. The air pressure and air mode will give your feet a good thorough SQUEEZE, but it can get painful for a size 13 or 14 foot. Need to keep it a 1 instead of 2 or 3. Wish this one was big enough for Size 15 feet to give me a little bit of room to adjust to the rollers.

I just received my foot massager. I clean houses for a living and I am in the process of doing all my customers spring cleans. I have been on my feet 12 hours a day. My feet have been hurting so I thought I would try a foot massager as my husband does not want the duty. My first time using this brand, amazing. My feet feel almost brand new again. The noise level is there but not too loud or annoying. It is big but slips under my chair easily when I am not using it. The weight is surprising light for such a high quality machine. The gold color is beautiful and classy. The power on high is very strong and perfect for my sore feet. I had to work up to level 3. Started on med until my feet got used to the feeling. I just used it for the first time so I do not know how long the machine will last, but it is priced fairly and I am very happy with my purchase.

If they had 6 stars I would give it 7. Best purchase so far this year. Cant beat this price. Machine feels amazing in your feet. Even the wife and kids loved it. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and this is what I need in my tool box. You will not be disappointed. Glad I went with Bob and Brad two very nice Drs. Love their videos. happy customer here.

Update: After reading my review, Bob & Brad reached out to me to say thank you for the feedback. They even offered solutions to maximize our experience including a partial refund out of the return window! I'm very impressed by the service and attention. So many products we buy online are from operations that would never respond to your direct contact, much less come to you pro-actively! That's worth something. This is exactly what we wanted. A little upgrade from our old cheap foot massager. Except for one thing that could be a deal breaker - the nub that massages the heal. It is intense and it hurts. My wife hated this the first time she tried it. She turned didn't even finish the cycle. She just turned it off after a couple minutes and never tried again. I happened to like the heel action at first because that can actually do wonders for your foot. Mine really needed to that and I've used it quite a bit. So I liked it ,but she didn't at all and this was supposed to be for both of us. Even I eventually started disliking the heal action because more often than not, I would just like a cozy kneading, but you can't turn off this heel thing. Eventually I started to avoid using it because of that. So I let the month return window pass by the time I felt unhappy with it. And I was full on unhappy by last night. I am pretty handy so I took it apart and removed the heel bits. A screwdriver and a little saw were needed. Took about an hour, mostly figuring out how to dissemble it carefully. Well now my wife is just trying it again for the first time and she loves it. I love it, too. But how could I recommend buying a new device and opening it up for surgery? Yeah, no. For what it's worth, while I was in there, I found the construction and materials to be sound for the price. So it's a quality product even if we don't like the way it came.

Feels amazing on my plantar fasciitis. I have severe heel pain and this massages the heel well too. No complaints about the quality either so far. I accidentally left the remote in one of the foot slots during one of my first massages and I was shocked to not find it broken. I do recommend only doing one 15 minute massage before taking a brake (instructions say take a 30 minute break). I did 2 in a row and my foot began tingling towards the end of my second massage. I wear a size 11-11.5 shoe and my foot fits perfectly in the “lite” (cheaper) model. I also have flat and thus wide feet, so I recommend the lite model if you’re a size 12 and under. If you’re any bigger than a size 12 you should probably get the bigger (more expensive) one. Ive only used it a handful of times so far but if anything changes I’ll update my review.
