Absolutely perfect! I had the stand but the cover did not survive the move from East coast to West coast. The original was very tall like this one. I believe this one is at least an inch taller. The handle is quite comfy. I had a button knob on my original. I like this one better. It is certainly worth the price to me!

This is a large cover and we have dropped it several times with no issues. I can't believe how inexpensive it was compared to other cake covers. It kept my cake fresh in the fridge on top of a lighted cake stand. A brilliant cake cover, hope it lasts a while.

This cake cover is tall, sleek, and lightweight yet sturdy. Its design goes very nicely with my contemporary cake stand, and the way the handle is sized and attached makes placing the cover over the cake and taking it off easy to do. Plus no dealing with shards of glass should it get dropped. I nearly always choose glass over plastic/acrylic, but not this time.

Very clear. Perfect for viewing of your treats. Will work for cake plates, and some stands, 3 layers max, I would say. It's not glass, but It still should be handled gently. I think it would crack pretty easily.

Happy to find this Carlisle FoodService Products Cake Cover Round for tall layer cakes. Good hard plastic & has a carry handle on top for easy removal. I will not be afraid that it will break by houseguests. Purchased a glass cake cover & it cracked. Getting this plastic cake cover for 1/2 the price & taller. Unfortunately the price she increased 30%.

Top came in cracked at the screws to the handle. Must have tightened too much. Inexpensive for top. Packing was inadequate. Overall disappointing. Will use it anyway. Not enough time to replace and too much trouble to repack. Disappointed in “shatter proof” product.

Hand washes up quickly and thoroughly; stays crystal clear. Tall enough to cover fancy layer cakes without squishing the sides or top.

What I would suggest. Please place the inventory tag somewhere other than on the top of the dome. It was easy getting the glue off of the merchandise. Otherwise good buy. Good price for the money. Light weight and sturdy. Perfect fit.
