really nice and sturdy, was surprised at the weight of it, not too heavy to carry but feels sturdy to stand on. Have enjoyed doing the workouts, I do wish they had included a chart of something to tell what to do while on it, there was no instructions, so I watched You Tube to see what others are doing on it.

This is one of those subliminal workout devices. I get up on it and i start twisting and it doesn't feel like exercise. i feel like i'm playing on one of my son's toys. it also feels a lot like the movements done on a skateboard. It's a lot of fun. I usually hop up on it while talking to someone on the phone, or while the commercials are on during my evening shows. just a few minutes a day and i'm feeling the results. it also helps with my balance. a great product.

It's everything I was hoping it would be.  I am recovering from a back injury that has temporarily significantly impaired my ability to do normal things. .  I work a desk job, too.  Needless to say, the past few months of recovery have also included other unwanted problems (weight gain, muscle weakness, etc).  It's amazing how quickly your metabolism slows to a crawl when your entire lifestyle changes and becomes inactive.  This neat little board has allowed me to exercise in non-strenuous ways which slowly and gently (at my pace) stretch and move my core, hips, legs, lower back.  Of course, for the time being, because my injury has temporarily damaged my balance, I do have to hold onto something while I slowly twist.  It feels so good to slowly and gently stretch parts of my body that have been immobile now for moths.  Obviously, someone in my position can't just get on it and go to town.  It's slow, careful and steady here.  But, WOW. What a great product.  It's making a difference for me already!
