This is a very unique lamp sculpture I made using an authentic Nintendo 64 console and 2 controllers. The system and the controllers no longer worked so I recycled them into something new and functional. The two controllers can be turned and positioned in many ways giving this piece a fun interactive quality. All the buttons on both controllers can be pressed like normal and the analog stick on the bottom controller moves freely (the start button and the analog stick on the top controller are fixed in place). The console itself in great condition with all the plugs and switches intact and serves as a very sturdy base for the lamp. The fixture is mounted very securely with the vertical metal rod double bolted to a metal plate inside the console. Own a rare piece of gaming history that still functions in the modern world.
