Brand: Andeman Model: Epower-155 Jump Starter, Power Bank, Power Electronics, Flashlight Everyone who owns a car, truck, or diesel farm tractor with a 12v battery, needs to own an Andeman Epower-155 jump starter. We've all had a dead battery in our car or truck for one reason or another. We may have left the rear door ajar overnight and the dome light drained the battery. The kids may have left the radio on and killed the battery. In my case the garage sold me a cheap car battery that dies whenever the temperature drops to below -20C. Twice now I had to get my friend over to jumpstart my car. Not only is this embarrassing, but it also leads to a delay because he's not always available on short notice. The automotive league on a bitterly cold day could have a dozen calls to handle before they get to mine. So I decided to do something about it. After watching Project Farm evaluate battery boosters on YT, the Andeman (formerly known as Audew) was the best performer. Using the Andeman is so simple, I can jump start my car in less than 2 minutes by myself. No additional help is needed. 1) Pop the hood 2) Plug the supplied smart cables into the Andeman battery 3) Connect the spring clamps to the car battery with the red clamp going to the positive battery terminal and the black clamp to the negative battery terminal. 4) When the light on the smart cable indicator turns green, I turn the key in the ignition and the car jumps to life without any hesitation. On the rare instance when the car battery voltage is really low, the cable indicator will flash green which indicates I should to press the button beside the flashing light to give the car battery an extra boost. A second later the blinking light turns solid green and I can start the car's ignition. The car starts right away without hesitation. If someone manages to hook up the clamps to the wrong battery posts, the unit will buzz and the light will turn red to indicate they need to switch the clamps. Then the light turns green and they can start the car. I doubt anything could be simpler. The Andeman comes in a hardened carry case with a short pair of battery cables around 1 foot long. Since the battery booster sits next to the car battery, this isn't a problem. It comes with a USB-C charging cable and a USB charging adapter that plugs into an AC outlet. It takes about 3 hours to charge the Andeman. There is also a USB-A to USB-C cable that can be used to charge your cell phone or other USB device. The hardened case fits under the front seat or can be easily stored in the trunk without it being easily crushed. The Andeman also has a female power socket rated at 15 volts and 10 amps. A short cable with a female cigarette lighter plug on one end and a male power plug on the other end fits into this female power socket. This allows the Andeman to power a device that would normally fit into your cigarette lighter. The booster has a built-in flashlight that comes in handy should I need to change a tire. I did not find it overly bright and it would not replace a good $25 LED flashlight. But it does have 3 modes. Solid light, flash and SOS. Since the battery is rated at 20,000 mAh, the light should last a few days. Pressing the power button on the Andeman will display the charge remaining on the Li-On battery which is very handy to determine if it needs recharging. The Andeman comes with 2 USB-A ports. A white USB-A port that can output 5 volts at 2.1 amps or 15 volts at 10 amps, and a blue USB-A port 18W quick charge that outputs 5 volts, 9 volts or 12 volts. The manual claims you can fully recharge an iPhone 6 seven times. The manual claims the Andeman can boost 35 car batteries (3.0L vehicle) before it needs recharging. I've boosted my car 3 times, once with the extra boost button. The car started each time without any hesitation. After 5 months the unit is still reading 96% charged and I haven't needed to recharge it since I got it. The manual recommends recharging the unit every 6 to 12 months. When Project Farm was testing battery boosters, they used the Andeman to successfully jump start a car, a diesel pickup truck and a large diesel farm tractor. The product documentation claims it can jumpstart up to a 7L Diesel. This battery outperformed much larger lunchpail type battery boosters. Battery Capacity: 20,000 mAh (74Wh) Peak Current: 2,000 Amps Starting Current: 500 Amps (3s), 400 Amps (5s) Jumpstart Output 14.8V Operating Temperature: -20C to 60C It has been quite some time since I was this satisfied with a product. It delivers a great deal of power and features at a decent price. I will also be able to recharge my cell phone multiple times while on the road. Now I'm confident my car will start regardless of how cold it gets. I might even return the favor some day and boost my buddy's car. Won't he be surprised how fast and easy it will be!

I have now been using this for 2 years and it still works like a champ! It carries an absurd amount of power and can quickly jump a car even at 30% This is the best value mini jumper I have ever used. It seriously works better than some ground units that you have to wheel through your garage and is more versatile. It takes a long time to charge but holds a ton of power.
