I loved the product when it appeared in the picture. I knew that I would have to assemble it. It arrived and immediately it seemed as though I was missing parts. There was no listing of parts that were supposed to be included, so I couldn't tell for sure. The hands for the clock were bent at the ends both of them, The material was very flimsy. When I pulled the tape from some of the numbers, the ends of them bent, and one of them even broke off. None of the pieces fit together properly. The instructions were very vague. So there is a QR code to scan and get a video. I did and the video would not play. It kept freezing up. I was just all around very disappointed in this product. It was flimsy, and made very cheaply. I absolutely do not recommend it

I purchased the glossy finish black Roman Numeral Wall Clock a while ago, but I'm just now installing it... I purchased a similar product several years ago and it turned out perfectly, but fell apart when attempting to retrieve it... So I felt I had to get another one being that I liked it so much... Well, this was that purchase. It's nowhere near as nice as my first on...° I think the foam backing and the gloss surface of the numbers are NOT cut uniformly. They are a bit off a look extremely shoddy.° Instead of the number surface & foam backing coming separately, it would have been better to have the surface & backing already adhered and uniform, requiring only to peel the seal off the adhesive on the the foam backing and apply directly to the desired place on the wall.° It would also had helped if foam backing of the Roman Numerals were also black instead of gray... A black foam backing would not only help to hide the inconsistencies of the shoddy outline of the number surface and the backing, but would look more uniform and streamline for both the front and back of the number. The black surface and gray side further contributes to the overall shoddy look.° Had I known ahead of time that the foam backing would clash with the number's surface; I would have tried adhere the glossy numbers directly to the wall, doing away with the foam backing altogether... It would simply look better, and cleaner.I'm not likely going to install the particular product, but I'll look for a product that's more like previous DIY Wall Clock I'd bought years ago. This product might be fine if you don't mind several subtle imperfect...They drive me crazy 🤪...lol... Overall, this product would look good from far, but far from good.

Our original clock mechanism stopped working, so first I bought an identical mechanism to use with our existing hands and numbers on the wall. The replacement mechanism was missing a part. FAIL.Then I bought another full wall clock set to try that mechanism with the existing numbers on our wall. That mechanism didn't keep time, and the hands lengths were too long--much longer than what was indicated on the product page. FAIL.I wanted just the mechanism or the mechanism plus clock hands of the correct length, but we couldn't find one that reviewers recommended.This Fashion in the City full set was my third try to get a working clock mechanism for the numbers that were already on our wall. This mechanism keeps time! The hands fit! SUCCESS!There were two minor problems to set it up. The minute hand hole is tiny and was REALLY hard to snap onto the shaft. I almost sent it back before it finally clicked. Then I had to straighten out the bent minute hand from pushing so hard. It's probably the tight fit that makes the time so accurate. The other issue was the hanging hole on the face behind the hands. When hanging from a nail, it didn't stay put, so the hands were swinging the face back and forth. I wish the hanger was instead a triangle hook on the back of the mechanism.

Good quality
