10R Low Profile Motorcycle Bluetooth Communication System, Single Pack

This unit has been through rain, mud, snow, sand storms. It's been dropped, kicked, lost, and found. It's worked flawlessly the entire time. Only hang up I have is the bizarre control scheme you have to memorize in order to use it proficiently. But once you get that down, you're golden.

Great product

I ordered the Sena 10r low profile with the intention of it to be black but to my surprise it came in gray. Already I didn't like the fact it wasn't the color I desired but my irration grew when the speakers performance wasn't louder as expected AND the intercom communication was cackling even with the same brand of Sena! Either I got unlucky or the Sena 10r low profile is, plainly put, Bad in it'scurrent state, especially for its price. The only thing going for it, is the appearance, very slick looking. It's unfortunate because my uncle has 2 of the same kind (1 black and 1 gray 10r low profile) and his works efficiently! *update* - I installed different speakers and now it works infinitely better. At last, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Good quality, I purchased this due to it picking up radio. After I received it but couldn’t get it to pick up radio stations, I contacted Sena and was told they couldn’t get the chip for radio so they shipped several without the chip for radio. This was purchased during COVID. Everything else is awesome.

These are awesome and work great for what it is. They can be cranky if you try to connect more than 4 its a pain in the butt.

The speakers are not very loud at all and after less than two weeks, one has already blown. I’d planned on getting better speakers in the future anyway but I did not expect the stock ones to be this bad. Pretty disappointed. Debating just getting a different comm entirely.

Don't waste your money, I had the 10R for 2 years, I ride every once in a while, I keep my helmet indoors, and the outer layer of my Sena literally disintegrated RIGHT after the warranty expired (which is 2 years). I contacted customer service in hopes that they might actually stand behind their product, and they said nope, it's too bad the warranty expired. Check out my photo. I am still in shock that it only took 2 years to completely fall apart like this. I thought for sure it must be a defect & customer service would acknowledge that, but did not, only stating the warranty period is up. How convenient.

son qui est a la hauteur de ca description et du tarif, facile a mettre en place, je l ai installer sur un casque LS2 et il est parfait pour ce modèle la discrétion de la commande est très appréciable je le recommande sans soucis

Lo uso da anni perché adottato con il nome Fit-for-All da un noto marchio motociclistico. Rispetto a quello che usavo in precedenza la batteria più grande e facilmente inseribile nel casco e che da un'autonomia migliore. Facilissimo da configurare con l'Applicazione di SENA da installare, sul computer in pochi minuti, ed anche su smartphone. Eccellente interfono, collegamento allo smartphone con risposta telefonica automatica configurabile, musica con audio di buon livello, collegamento al navigatore GPS, passaggio da una modalità all'altra con il tasto centrale facilmente attivabile anche con i guanti, ne fanno uno strumento eccellente per chi percorre molti chilometri in moto.

Ich habe mir das Sena 10R ausgesucht, weil ich auf Navi und weitere App-Infos 😏 während der Fahrt nicht verzichten möchte, aber keinen Klotz an den Helm kleben möchte. Es geht mir also weder um Musik (kommt bei mir vom Motor) noch um Kommunikation. Zu dem Zweck passt das kleine 10R perfekt und ersetzt die Innereien von einem Schlafkopfhörer, den ich vorher völlig unsichtbar verbaut hatte, der sich bei Fahrtwind aber dann doch als zu leise herausstellte. Das 10R konnte ich inklusive Akku im Helm unterbringen. Der Akku fand dabei ohne die Halterung, in die er geklipst war (einfach rausschieben) im Wangenpolster seinen Platz, so klein ist er. Das Firmware Update funktioniert auf anhieb. Achtung, 1. Alle Aktionen mit dem Gerät funktionieren nur, wenn das Akku angeschlossen ist. Es nur über das Kabel mit Spannung zu betreiben, reicht nicht. (Kein Einschalten, Synchronisieren, Updaten) 2. idealerweise die Sprache der auf der Sena Webpage zu findenden Software auf Deutsch einstellen, dann installiert das Update automatisch die richtige Ansagesprache. Finally: Die Verbinung war unproblematisch. Die Lautstärke ist völlig ausreichend und das Bedien-Element außen am Helm ist konkurrenzlos flach.

Me costó un poco de trabajo emparejarlos porque en la guía rápida no te explican todos los pasos para hacerlos pero vi un par de tutoriales en Youtube y asunto arreglado ya los coloque y quedaron muy bien funmiy fácil la instalación ya los cale y funcionan muy bien una vez que los emoarejas se conectan muy rápido se escucha muy bien la música con un buen sonido y cuando hablas con tu acompañante se escucha muy bien, creo que realice una muy buena compra hasta ahorita los recomiendo y por último como estn muy delgados se ven muy bien en los cascos...... Excelente producto
