Plenty of room for all my pills, I have six in the morning segment at the moment and there is still plenty of room for more. Strong construction, secure fastening on the individual strips and also the carry box. It even looks pretty.

Excellent item works wonders for my wife’s 260 pills she takes weekly.The boxes are of sturdy quality.

Really useful pill box. Seems well made. Very convenient if you have to go out/away, you can just grab the tablets you need for that day rather than cart the whole lot around.

This box is really good value. You can clearly see your tablets and each day is a different colour and has morn, noon, eve and bed plus the days of the week clearly marked. I only take my tablets once a day but use the box to take more supplies when going away so much easier than taking several boxes.

I personally own 4 of these now, so allows me to fill my medication for 28 days.I find them fab, as sometime i think 'oh did i take my a.m or p.m tablets & easy to see at a glance if i did, or in fact if sidetracked, that i did not!!!!This particular box i like, with the daily strip boxes being stored in a clear plastic flip catch box, so they do not fall out.I can get up to 6 meds in each section & use the spare for me late pm box for a larger tablet i need to take in the evening with my normal size tablet at night, so the sections are large enough for me.Each comparment are easy to open & close with just a flick of my thumb.First two i have are now over 6 years old, so stand the test of time.This last box i have purchased as a gift for my neighbour, he has to take more meds now & was finding it difficult to remember if he had taken his meds or not, he like me loves the ease of these med dispensing boxes & the fact you can see at a glance if you have/have not taken your meds, we all somrtimes forget!!! As we may do something in the morning or whenever, that you just dont take your meds, this way even if a bit later you can check.Also easy to just take a day with you when going out & fab to pack for going on holiday.Just wish Amazon sold someone to fill them!!!!

This is an inexpensive and useful product but has a point of weakness. The seven separate four-compartment containers fit into a lidded box with two catches. Each time pills are stored or removed, the two caches have to be opened and shut. Therefore in a week, each is opened and shut 28 times. However, each of the 28 compartments is only opened twice in a weeek (once to fill, once to empty). So the catches on the lid need to be 14 times stronger than the compartment fasteners. Time will tell. But it's an inexpensive product, so can be replaced.

I was a bit sceptical that the compartments were big enough. I am on a lot of medication; one in particular is a large tablet that I have to have six of in one go. I’m very pleased to say that the compartments are more than adequate. It’s much more convenient to have just one day’s worth of meds out and visible, than a whole week’s worth. My main problem with a weekly Dosette box, is the ability to tip the meds into my hand. With these removable daily compartments, it’s so much easier. Sorry for the long review, but I am very impressed!
