Waste of money
Items was delivered it was very hot and spoiled i wish i can give zero star

Very effective!!
Went for a physical and BP was 190/125. I’m active and eat clean. I used to take Losaartan for BP but don’t want to take pharmaceuticals. But as an RN, I realize how dangerous high BP can be. So this is within my first week of starting these supplements. See attached picture! Will continue to buy!!

Lowers pressure some.
This works as well as my prescription medication. Neither lower it enough. Maybe if your blood pressure isn't very high, it might be enough for you. I have no side effects from this. I still use it until I find something that works better. It costs about the same as the prescription.

I haven't even used one bottle yet so I can't say whether this stuff works or not. So far it hasn't had any affect.

Made a big difference in 1 week!
These are my before & after blood pressure readings, taken at the same time of day, one week apart. (And they aren’t outliers on either end—they reflect where my BP was and now is.) What I did differently during that week: take this supplement twice a day, take a daily 30-minute walk, and eat a better breakfast of oatmeal and Greek yogurt. Otherwise made no changes. It took a few days before my numbers started ticking down, but I am so impressed and thankful for these quick results. I may taper back to 1 pill a day if my BP continues to decrease.
