Does this have battery clamp?

No, I use it for an emergency pump I extended the wires they are about 5 feet mine are now 30 feet and put some alligator clips on it and put it in a waterproof bag. I had both bilge pumps go out at the same time 70 miles offshore and Bilge are got full of water and had to use a bucket.

How much current does it pull?

I can't give you an exact number but I use it for my highbanker and it puts out more than enough water flow. I am very happy with the 2" water pump.

do you have a reducer to hook up a water hose?

No I run the hose straight to it
