Is this an anti frizz product?

Not specifically and it is pretty light weight. I have curly hair that can get frizzy in extreme humidity and I feel like while this might help it isn't going to keep my hair from becoming frizzy all day if I was out in the heat and humidity.

So this describes the lotion but the picture is the primer..... the other listing describes the primer (detangler) but the picture is the tonic. what?

It's all the same. It is a tonic lotion that primes and detangles your hair before drying and styling.

Will this be good for an oily scalp buy dry hair tips? Also, is there an issue with this being not a lagit product?

I felt the product works well I spray it and then let it set for couple of seconds before brushing I do like this product I do feel it would be good for oilly hair as well

Do you sell 2 oz travel size?

I’ve never seen a 2 oz bottle for travel. You could pour it into a travel container though of pack in checked luggage
