I love this product and have used it for years. However, both containers were shipped with the lids completely off so that the package was filled with the soap powder and the jars were half empty. Needless to say some spilled when I opened it. In my mind this could not have happened unless done purposely by an employee. The company needs to do better quality control.

I first used this product years ago to clean a carpet stain and then on various other cleaning needs until it was gone and for some reason forgot all about it. Recently I was faced again with a difficult carpet stain and remembered how well the Oxy-All worked. I was thrilled to see Amazon carried it and once again it proved to be worth it's weight in gold for cleaning. The dark stains on my light colored carpet came out almost like magic with a lot less effort than other products would have needed. I have also used it in laundry with great results. I thought about giving the 2nd container to a friend but then decided no way was I giving this up. I love this stuff!

Both lids were very loose and quite a bit of the product was spilled.
