I was expecting a longer lasting double glass seal. Even though the cups are marketed as dishwasher safe, the first one broke its double glass seal after two months. The second glass lasted much longer, unfortunately I had to also bin it last month due to same issue. If you are buying this item, clean them by hand for longevity.

Nice and elegant glass. Beware that it’s very weak and brittle. I bought it in July, seldom use it, but it cracked on the edge after 2 months. Quite disappointing to me

Great coffee glasses but 1 of 2 of them got water in between the walls - they say they are dishwasher proof but probably better to hand wash

The design is quite questionable: the 250ml ones are absolutely giant for that volume. Are they comfortable to hold with one hand? Absolutely not, the shape has some unnecessary creativity to it, making it even worse. For scale, my palm length wrist to tip is around 22cm. Do they make your latte art automatically better? Maybe, by 10-20%, but mostly only if you have flow control issues or go for very wide designs. Do they keep the drinks hot for long, as double walls should? Kinda, but there's a very big open surface area on top, so they noticeably perform worse in this aspect than the standard tall double walls do. They also feel quite brittle, but luckily they didn't break before I've returned them. They're not cheap, and I don't want to worry about them that much on the daily basis, but some might be ok with this aspect.

Very good mugs, until they smash in the dishwasher (it says they are safe they are not)
