Does keep insulin cool for 24hours
It does keep insulin cool at around 8 degrees centigrade for 24hours atleast when flask is keept around 30 degrees ambient temperature...it's a little costly but does very good job by keeping insulin at proper storage temperature, we could use make shift cooling solution by using any thermos we can buy locally but we cannot get similiar shaped bio gel hence the price is justified because of the bio gel only but the flask is regular vacuum thermos that we can buy for few hundred rupees it's the bio gel we cannot find anywhere that can be kept frozen or cold for so long and that too of the perfect size as per thermos. I checked the temperature inside the flask using cooking thermometer(which i already had) which is quiet accurate and it holds temperature inside flask at around 8 degrees for 24 hours. I am planning a trip abroad in next few days so will update review on how it goes in security check in india and abroad as well and during international flight.

This cooler for insulin pens is well made and exactly what I needed for travel. It keeps cool on long flights and is in a non breakable, leak proof metal container - fits 3 insulin pens. I looked at the others available and this was so much better - keeping cooler for longer. Reasonable price for this quality. Highly recommended.
