One of the best books I have read ever besides The Untethered Soul from the same author. This book further builds upon the knowledge and understanding gained from The Untethered Soul. The Book With Encapsulated Spiritual Power!
If you ever wish to know yourself through your 'self'; read this book multiple times. You relationship with yourself with change completely and incessant joy will start flowing inside of you; and the effect that will be clearly visible in your all other spheres of your life will be just a miniscule before what you would be experiencing inside at that time! Not worth for money. Context somewhat good but not par with the previous books of the author. Quality of book is not worth for the amount. Can get better books with far less price.

I have read all of Singer’s works and this book brings the previous teachings together with a clear understanding of how to let go of blocked energies (samsara’s). This is a book you can put into practice immediately and start noticing a difference in your life through how you respond to life. A wonderful blend of yoga and zen wisdom for practice in the real world.
