Cramp Defense® Leg Cramps Pills, Organic Magnesium Supplement for Muscles.

Cramp Defense has been one of the best supplement purchases I have ever made. Now, my nocturnal leg cramps are minimal and rare. One feature most people don't mention is that they are very easy to swallow. Since I can no longer take large pills without choking, I really appreciate that Cramp Defense capsules are small enough for me to take two at a time. Some days I take four, some days six and I have never had any digestive issues with them. I think Cramp Defense is a great product that I will continue to reorder.

I have been using this product for several years and it has definitely cut down and most eliminated my nighttime leg cramps. I can also cramp while swimming and it has solved that as well. It does not cause any gastrointestinal distress.

Two tablets at bedtime reduces and mostly eliminates leg camping which leads to good restful nights. I also take tablets before I start meal preparations and avoid camping in my hands and wrists. For me, this product provides the defense I need.

I have bought this product Cramp Defense many times over the years. This product really does work for me but I can’t afford it anymore. MgBright LLC out of Houston Tx please show some grace and drop your price. You have raised the price so high it no longer makes sense to purchase yet the need is still there. I started buying Cramp Defense for maybe 30 dollars and now it is 50. I am too aware that EVERYTHING has increased in price but this product rose much more than most.

I've used this product for at least 8 years. I find it very helpful in controlling leg & foot cramps. I take the full dose (3 in the AM and 3 in the PM. Even gave to my husband when he gets leg cramps, it eases his leg cramps. We are both 75. I highly recommend this product.

Does the job with only two every night. No more leg cramps and my Dr ( who recommended this brand) says it will help me absorb the calcium in my food. No adverse digestive effects either. Win win!

I have been having cramps very often at night, keeping me awake. Cramps have occurred in my feet, legs and hands. When I have the first sign of a cramp I take one of these capsules. Relief is almost immediate - not more than 5 minutes - and I can get to sleep almost immediately. Thanks to this product I have been able to avoid many sleepless (and painful) nights.
