why are the reviews below by Leah Herrera and Rita williams pretty much the same?

See my question in Q and A. The company seems to be addressed in China, if you follow the trademark registration. My guess is all the reviews are fictitious, the reviewers only reviewed one product in their history of being a Amazon purchases.

Where is this manufactured?

It’s true that they are made in China but that’s because the pharmaceutical manufacturers are in china for the raw NAD+ powder. This is true also for hyaluronic oil or skin lotion used. If you google Hyaluronic acid manufacturer in Forbes article, it will show 50% of the world supplier is a pharmaceutical manufacturer in China. US cosmetic companies have been rebranding and reselling them to us for the last 10yrs. Just because it’s CHINA doesn’t mean everything is bad. We produce them there because it’s cheaper and all the manufacturing has gone overseas to Asian countries. Why? US wages are too expensive for Us companies to make profit or even operate. That’s why.. And all of major stuff we buy- clothes, shoes, majority of house good - have raw materials from China. P.S. I am Korean so I am not pro-china but fact is a fact.

Did anyone else's pills come in a greasy clump? The seller is trying to convince me to put them in the fridge.

I've purchased multiple times and haven't had a problem. Sounds like maybe yours had a leaking capsule, maybe overheated in transit from the weather or something. Good Luck!
