Love this tea!! Great on the tummy and has helped me kick soda habit. Add hot water to cup first then bag. Not sure if still problem but bags would tear if you put bag then hot water. Add some honey and it’s perfect!

This taste very good In my opinion and gives me a warm cozy vibe for fall, a slow morning, or just to calm before bed. It does not stimulate me as it is caffeine free. I have not used it super consistently but I do feel less bloated when I do drink it a few days in a row. It’s easy to heat up and it is a repeat buy for me. The cinnamon is just right and not over powering to me. It comes with cute quotes on the pack and which I find fun

Purchased two of these boxes of tea for my sister, when she was no longer able to find it in the one local grocery chain that carried it. I asked her how much she paid per box, and she said between $4.99 and $6.99 for the same 10 bags that were only about $3 and change on here. So, I got her two boxes, and she was very happy about it. My sister is always worried about her movements and vacillates between this tea and prebiotic/probiotic capsules. She said she prefers the tea when it's available though, because it works fairly quickly for her, yet doesn't make her feel she can't control the urgency. Yes, we talk to each other far more about these types of things than I ever thought we would...or ever thought I'd be interested in either, to be fair. Her preparation of this tea is about 8oz of water, steep for a few minutes, adds 2-3 Splenda, and a teaspoon or so of honey (she likes it sweet). She doesn't drink coffee, so she'll make this concoction while I drink my coffee. Her drinking style is very bougie and "We're having a grown-up tea party - yay!" - legs crossed, perched on the end of the chair, pinky finger raised while she sips and la-de-dah's to me, so I think the ritual of drinking it also aids in the overall positive feeling she has about this tea, so keep that in mind if you order it. I've never so much as taken a sip but the cinnamon smells pleasant and she's known to be super picky, so I'm fairly sure it doesn't taste bad even if you don't adulterate your beverages as she does.

I’ve been experiencing some bloating and stomach issues lately, so after searching through the products on Amazon, I stumbled upon this tea and quickly bought it hoping and praying the probiotics would do their thing lol. I drank one cup every night after dinner when i was ready to relax and unwind and after about 4 days, I noticed my stomach bloating started to diminish. The tea tastes like cinnamon too, so that’s a plus.
