Great tool for exercising the tendons connected with tennis elbow. The faster you rotate the wrist the more you resistance you get and better the exercise. ( Just need to jump start it once before every session using your thumbs, the instructions are given in the box and are very easy to understand) As a tennis and badminton player myself I will recommend this to everyone who plays these sports regularly.
