This is the best scale I have ever had--or could have! The display is forward enough that when you put something large on top, you can still read the it. It weighs everything from ounces to fluid ounces to grams to ml. And it weighs up to 26 lbs so I can weight packages that I am mailing. (I am an author and often mail books to individuals and to Amazon to sell on line.) Previously, I had to mail each book separately, add of the weight and add in the weight of the packaging. What a pleasure it is to just pop the package on top of the scale and get the correct weight! In addition, it is beautiful and cleans up quickly. One of the best purchases I've ever made!

The scale is attractive. The screen is very easy to read. I haven't fully tested its accuracy yet, but it seems on target. The tare function is very handy. I like the fact that once I selected "oz" as the desired unit of measure, it always opens with that. I definitely don't like the very short time it stays on before automatically turning off. To tell the truth, I wouldn't have bought it if I knew about that. I've only used it for a week, and it will take a little before I decide my final vote.

I use this scale to weigh out color. It works well, is simple to use and the readout is bright. 4 stars because the display times out and is a bit annoying and it isn’t as sensitive as I’d like. It reads single grams but I don’t think it does so very accurately. The display turns off after a rather short moment, but doesn’t clear your current weight. As it detects new weight it comes back on so I simply tap the plate.

Yes, worked fine out of the box. Nice size, lighter than expected. Only top platform is stainless. Laser etched logo nice quality touch. The rest is plastic. Mine rocked slightly when tested on a surface plate.Now, the included batteries: why AAA? Could have as easily been AA. But had to laugh when installing these 3 AAA- They weigh 23g! An Energizer weighs 41g. Draw your own conclusion.Finally checking accuracy with a certified 8oz weight, amazingly the scale read 8.0 ounces. Excellent.

Price, resolution and capacity of that kitchen balance are excellent. Its electronics appears not to have memory feature and after automatic power OFF, the balance after waking up, does not remember how much was added on the last weighing. It might have actually worked to my satisfaction, if I tapped on the top surface, instead using front controls. Otherwise, excellent purchase.

I gave only 3 stars because it worked awesome for about 7 months, but stopped. We used it to weigh all the meat for the Meal Prep containers cooked fresh each week. When it stopped working we replaced the batteries and tried everything but it was dead. So if you need something for a couple of months, at the cheap price this would work great, but long term you get what you pay for,

I got this product for mailing packages and since then I have used it for all sorts of things. It is accurate and really helpful to have around the house. Numbers are easy to read and the different units are helpful. It's easy to reset the scale, you only need to press one button. Great product!

I returned this and then ordered KD8000 Scale by My Weight, the Sudion is ok but small and generic like. The window is not easily visible if a large bowl is placed on the platform. The KD8000 Scale by My Weight is a bit more money but just a better tool, it's larger, does bakers math, a power cord is available and the window is more visible.
