Salux Nylon Japanese Beauty Skin Bath Wash Cloth/Towel- Aquamarine Green

I LOVE these body wash cloths! They're not your typical wash cloth or sponge I've ever used, but they've made my skin silky smooth. Once wet, they are a little scratchy, but feels great on your skin. Be careful when applying body wash before getting them wet because it will wash out quickly because they're porous and don't really absorb water. They don't get as lathery as a wash sponge, but they work great at smoothing all the rough spots and rinse out easily and completely. And they're long enough to hold in both hands to reach around and scrub your back easily! I've bought several to give as gifts to my family and friends. I'm very, very happy I found them!!!

I love this wash cloth. It works so well for making your skin super soft and smooth. The cloth is pretty rough so if you are super sensitive to scratching you will probably hate it but the texture makes it great for exfoliating. It is the size of a large hand towel which makes it great for stretching across your back to scrub it (I'm a larger woman (sz28) so it's good for almost everyone) or you could make a loofah or multiple cloths out of it. I use it one my face also, I barely brush it against my face when I do though because of how rough it is but that is all you need and your face is as soft and smooth as when you were a kid.

Unfolded this cloth is about the width of a hand towel and twice as long. It's very thin cloth. The texture is a slightly rough plastic weave, pretty similar to bath puffs or any other exfoliating sponge. For me, that's pretty much perfect. I can fold/wad it up to make a sponge shape, then unfold it and get my back. The rough texture is good for exfoliation, but not too rough. I especially appreciate how thin the weave is, because that means it dries fast and can easily go through the washer. It's not that different from other exfoliating scrub options, but this one is a lot more hygienic than others I've seen. With puffs and sponges you can't really clean the insides and mold is an issue. FYI: The cloth I received was Salux brand and looked exactly like the product pictured. If you receive a knock-off, you should contact Amazon for a refund and rate the seller poorly.

I have been using Salux wash Cloths for 40 years and absolutely love them. They also are long enough that it makes it easy to wash my back. I've tried others once in a while and they turn out to be too soft. When we go on vacation and I sometimes forget to pack it, I do not feel clean. These are amazing and I will never be without one. Each one lasts me around 2 years before it starts to rip on the end. Still usable that way, but that is when I buy a new one=) I fold mine a few times and then add soap....it suds up nicely. Just rinse it out after your shower and hang it to dry. It is nylon mesh so dries quickly.

The texture and material are a bit abrasive a first but you eventually adapt. It won't strip your skin and draw blood but it might be jarring if you're used to fabric washcloths. You'll definitely feel like you've been thoroughly exfoliated. In my time using it I definitely feel that my shoulders, elbows and knees have become smoother. It holds a lather pretty well when you bunch it up in your fist like a loofa. When stretched out flat, it holds enough of a lather to run across your back and shoulders. I can leave it hung up like a towel after I shower in the morning and it will be dry by the time I use it again in the evening, even in a humid bathroom. It travels well as you can pack it into small pockets or fold it down to lie flatter than any towel. It rinses so well that I haven't needed to run it through the washing machine, yet.

I absolutely loved this scrub, I was actually hesitating on whether to buy this since nobody else i knew bought it but it was worth it. I usually throw away or end up washing and then boiling my wash clothes to get rid of bacteria but this one has little holes and cleans so well. I do however pop it in the washer sometimes but never the drier. If your thinking about buying this, then do it before you regret.

If you do not have someone to scrub your back, then you need this! Better than a loofah because the extra texture scrubs away dead skin leaving your skin oh so soft. Long enough to easily scrub your back. Soft enough to ball up and scrub everywhere else. My skin feels amazing. This is the second one I've purchased. The first lasted for years.

Wow, what a great alternative to a wash cloth! I love this thing for all of the other reasons cited: it cleans, exfoliates, and leaves your body with a nice tingly feeling. It's super hygienic because all of the soap rinses out and it drys in a snap. I honestly don't know what I did without this product! I love it so much I even got my husband (manly man) to try it and he's now hooked too. My only complaint is the colors. They are BRIGHT and don't match anything in our bathrooms. We eventually settled on white because it is quite honestly the least offensive color choice.

Leave it to the UBER clean obsessed and QUALITY obsessed country of Japan to create the BEST product for the shower. It combines sudsy, long and handy to reach the back, easy to dry and wet, light and functional. FORGET the other long loofahs or long brushes -- they are a hot mess of mold bec they take FOREVER to dry. Some don't even have the abrasive quality to remove dead skin once it is wet. And the PRICE!!! INCREDIBLE. This is innovative, practical and meets all the things this kind of product ought to be. THANK YOU, SALUX!!!

Does its job well, lathers easily and abundantly. makes washing so much faster than hand lathering. Rinses easily and material dries fast! Will never go back to a loofa or cloth.

I have a couple of these already and they are great to use. I use them now instead of the tied up shower puffs that you get in many shops. These are slightly rougher on my skin which I like and I chuck them in the washing machine regularly. I hang them to dry rather than risking the dryer! I've had the first couple I bought for several years now and they are used daily. The shower puffs I used to use always fell apart in the washing machine so although these are plastic they are so long-lasting and easy to clean I\ve overall saved on plastic I'd have otherwise bought and thrown away.

This product provides good daily exfoliation while not scrubbing your skin raw. It's also great dry as a "back scratcher". I use mine in the shower but I have also used as a dry-use cloth not only to satisfy the itch, but also as an overall dry exfoliator. Absolutely perfect before applying self-tanning products! The size of this towel is just right as well, and, for the body parts that the full size is too big for, just fold it to the desired size. If you use this towel just in your shower/bath, it's also very easy to keep clean - just rinse well, and hang to drip-dry. Well worth the money.
