The grips for this weight size are too big for my hands. I can use them but I wish the handles had been made smaller.

These have such a nice soft hand feel, and the color is so pretty, they are a joy to use. I got the one pound yellow and the two pound light green. If weights can be pretty these are! The center part where you hold the weight feels just a bit fatter than usual which also feels good in the hand.

I use these 5 days a week walking laps in my living room with an 8lb weighted vest on. No kidding my arms feel like they’re toning up. I didn’t think 2 pound weights would do much but they are! They are very durable, the coating is nice and comfortable to hold. Very good value for the money!

One day, a long time ago, I used to be fit. My arms, they sure were toned. Until one day, I woke up in my forties, and my friend reminded me, "It's all down hill from here." Excellent product! As a petite person, the JFIT brand is my favourite in terms of size and shape. They are comfortable and easy to hold and use. The weight distribution is more concentrated and condensed than other brands. JFIT weights make working out fun!
